So i’ll show you a classic configuration of StenopeiKa 45se2 folding camera professional https://www.stenopeika.com/prodotto/stenopeika-45se2-folding-camera/ in iroko wood, wooden baseboard, teak colored, but with 3 kinds of bellows, the classic black bellows, other classic bellows but in red color, and the real news of today, the wide angle bellows (in this case red but is also available in black) https://www.stenopeika.com/prodotto/wide-angle-bellows/

Graflock back on StenopeiKa 45se2 folding camera and inboxing

Ciao ragazzi

After a week of vacation in which I have not published any content, here we are with a new video!

This time, after many requests and comments, I will show you in detail the operation of the back of the StenopeiKa 45se2 folding camera and how it can be used with classic film holders and also for a “special” holders or graflock holders (in the case of video with a polaroid back 504).

With this video we are at 3 for what concerns the model StenopeiKa 45se2 folding camera, I remind you a professional, magnetic view camera, with everyone, but all of them, the movements (and very large) both from front and back.

Below are the two previous videos.

The video presentation:

And the “dance” video where you can see all the movements:

Wetplate holders by StenopeiKa

Ciao Ragazzi

Today is the day to present an evergreen of stenopeiKa’s catalog: the wetplate holder, in this case 8×10″ but what you will see in the video also applies to the formats 5×7″ and 4×5″, and also ULF.

The features:

  1. the external dimensions are those of the film holder fidelity, so you can use them on all the cameras on the market
  2. the materials (pvc and aluminum) are chosen to be resistant to the chemicals used during the collodion photography process, also based on my personal experience in this type of photography
  3. easily washable materials
  4. you will not see, in the final picture on the plate, the corners where the plate is placed, this is a small secret of this support 🙂
  5. the book opening is very easy and comfortable
  6. double closure, magnetic and mechanical

If you want to see a video extra about assembly of wetplate holder and discover all secret about it click here: http://www.stenopeika.com/stenopeika-wetplate-holder/

You find the wetplate holder here: http://www.stenopeika.com/prodotto/wetplate-holder-lf/

They are not seen in the video, because I forgot about it, but also the format reductions frames are also available, so you could take , for example, 5×7″ with 8×10″ holders.

You find it here: http://www.stenopeika.com/prodotto/reduction-frame/

So i think is the best for you that you want to practice wet collodion photography, see you on the next video and article.

Ciao a tutti!
